Essential Rodeo Forms
Access the most important documents you'll need for participation through the National HighSchool Rodeo Association (NHSRA) Online Portal.
Enrollment and forms are only available through the NHSRA portal, create an account and sign up today!
Mandatory forms and paperwork that must be uploaded to the National portal before competing:
- Membership Application Form
- Event Entry Form
- Release and Waiver of Liability
- Report cards or proof that you are meeting the academic requirements
- State paperwork
