Sponsorship Opportunities
🐎 Saddle/ rifle Sponsorship – $1,550 Full / $750 Half
• Name engraved on a Year-End All-Around Champion Saddle (both sides for full sponsorship, one side for half)
• Logo and name featured on the VTHSRA website
• One custom flag carried during Grand Entry ( provided by sponsor)
• One custom banner displayed at each event (provided by sponsor)
• Monthly social media promotions
🥈 Gold Buckle Sponsorship – $500
• Logo and name featured on the VTHSRA website
• One custom flag or banner displayed at events (provided by sponsor)
• Two social media promotions per quarter
🤠 Bronze Buckle Sponsorship – $250
• Recognition on the VTHSRA website
• One social media promotion per quarter
👢 Trophy Sponsorship – $150
• Supports trophy awards for the top four finishers in an event
• Recognition on the VTHSRA website
• One social media promotional post per year
🤍 Community Sponsor – $50
• Helps offset event and operating costs or adds to added money for event pay outs
• Name listed on the VTHSRA website
🔵 Blue Ribbon Sponsor – Any Amount Appreciated
• Cash donations in any amount
• Donation of a venue for an event
• Gift cards, merchandise, or products for awards or raffles
• Name and logo recognition on the VTHSRA website
• Product and service donations receive recognition aligned with the corresponding sponsorship tier based on estimated value
