We are officially heading into our Spring season, State Finals, and Nationals—this is the busiest time of year for VTHSRA.

Please review all information below carefully and mark your calendars. Several deadlines are firm and time-sensitive.

May 3 – TNT Stables (VTHSRA Event)

📌 Registration Open- Closes: April 26

👉 No late entrie

NYSHSRA Rodeo ( HS rodeo members ONLY) May 9–10

📌 Opens: April 29

📌 Closes: April 30

👉 No late entries, this is a 24 hour window make sure you dont miss it!

Millbrook Co-Sanctioned Events (VTHSRA Members Only) Open entries will be taken day of by MBF

MAY 17TH

VTHSRA State Finals May 30th

📌 Opens: May 18

As we approach State Finals, please be prepared:

Top 4 competitors

AND those in 5th–7th place (possible roll-down)

⏳ VERY IMPORTANT DEADLINE

You will have ONLY 1 DAY after State Finals to complete all required paperwork. Ideally it should be submitted before you leave the banquet. If not be prepared to drive it to the state Secretary the morning of 5/31. No exceptions will be made!

A notary will be available at State Finals

Time will be scheduled before the banquet to complete paperwork

State Secretaries must submit to Nationals within strict deadlines.

Submitted electronically immediately following state finals more details will be provided but once state finals rankings are uploaded, qualifiers MUST enter the Nationals Finals Rodeo through Equestevent.com

Some hard copies still required, like notarized minor releases
