Light Rifle Shooting – State Finals

Location: Waterbury-Stowe Fish & Game Club

Schedule

• Gates Open: 10:00 AM

• Check-In Begins: 10:15 AM

• Mandatory Safety Brief: 10:30 AM

• Shooting Begins: Immediately following the briefing

Entries will open for VTHSRA on May 10th- May 17th)  https://mms.equestevent.com  ( VTHSRA members MUST sign up for the VTHSRA draws during that window no exceptions)

Open Co-Sanctioned Event & VTHSRA State Finals

Location: Millbrook Horse Farm LLC- Wells VT

311 Mill Brook rd, Wells, VT 

Open Co-Sanctioned Event

• Open Arena: 9:00 AM

• Event Start: 11:00 AM

VTHSRA State Finals (Pointed Side Pots for VTHSRA members ONLY, pay outs for 1st place VTHSRA Junior HS and HS member in each side pot event) 

**VTHSRA members MUST enter the VTHSRA side pots to earn points. Members can also enter the Millbrook Open event separately to compete against the open riders for payouts. **

• Barrels

• Poles

• Goat Tying

• Breakaway roping

 

🎉 Awards Banquet

• Begins approximately one hour after the event concludes

• Held in the Millbrook Horse Farm LLC indoor arena

• Low-key, family-friendly BBQ

• VTHSRA provides main dishes

• Awards presentation following the meal

 

ENTRY INFO for May 30th

Entries will open for VTHSRA member draws ONLY on May 20th- May 237th https://mms.equestevent.com  ( VTHSRA MUST sign up for the VTHSRA draws during that window no exceptions) 

Entries for Millbrook Horse Farm open events will be taken day of by Millbrook Horse Farm. 

Camping is available dry camping - Free 

Stalls- $25.00

( if your stall or camping area is not cleaned when you leave  you will be charged a $15 fee and not able to register until it is paid

We’re excited to open this up to recent VTHSRA alumni and high school rodeo–aged kids who are interested in joining VTHSRA! Its a great time to come out, meet our members, and have a blast with the VTHSRA family.
